All started 3 years ago, when the Energy Business Unit of TE Connectivity which headquarters are located in Munich, hosted the launch of our mentoring program. Since then, the partnership has continued to grow every year.

The Energy Business Unit invested in their employees growth offering memberships, sponsoring development programs and mentorship as well as hosting event onsite. Members of their leadership team take an active part in our events, sharing their leadership experience through webinars and being mentors in our mentoring program.
