The Mentoring Program has been a cornerstone of the Professional Network.

Since 2017, our Executive Vice President Joke Van Acker, and our President Audrey Braconi Gerardin, designed a new strategic vision and re-invigoration program to make our mentoring program the cornerstone stone to our member's career and personal development growth. 

Our Mentoring coordinators analyze the mentors' and mentees' applications received. 

Once completed, the team matches each candidate using our digital platform - Stellar Mentoring.

It ensures an unbias match with the best Mentor(s) possible. 

It has proven being a beneficial experience for both Mentor and Mentee. Once tandems are matched, the are notified and invited to meet virtually on our platform Notion to begin their structure mentoring journey.
